Dashboard Overview

The analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of your site performance and sales activity.

Key performance indicators

The dashboard displays four primary KPIs:

  • Visitors this month — Unique visitors to your site in the current month
  • Leads this month — New contacts added to your CRM this month
  • Conversion rate — Percentage of visitors who became leads
  • Pipeline value — Total estimated deal value across active pipeline stages

Traffic chart

A line chart shows daily visitor counts for the past 30 days. Hover over any data point to see the exact count and date. Spikes often correlate with email campaigns or social media posts.

Top pages

A ranked list of your most visited pages this month. Common top pages include:

  • Homepage
  • Popular project detail pages
  • Map view
  • Blog posts with high SEO rankings
Check your top pages weekly. If a specific project page is getting heavy traffic, consider creating a targeted email campaign for leads who viewed that project.

Lead sources

A breakdown of where your leads come from:

  • Organic search — Found you through Google
  • Direct — Typed your URL or used a bookmark
  • Email — Clicked through from an email campaign
  • Social — Came from a social media link
  • Referral — Arrived from another website

Real-time activity

A live feed showing the most recent visitor actions: page views, form submissions, and search queries happening right now.
